How it works

My 12 week non fixed plan essentially can and will get you fit for your event or goal. How I do this is by working with you to build your conditioning and areas that need improving to meet the demands of what is ahead of you both in the mind and your body. So essentially the coaching is polarized specifically for that need and goal you have in mind or set for yourself.

Is this a fixed training plan?

No, although there are workouts that repeat in the schedule this is NOT a fixed plan for the duration. I work closely with you to help you achieve the maximum compliance and monitor your progress and change/affect the training plan accordingly.

What training approaches do you use?

The one that works best for you. As a coach I do not “box” myself or expect you to comply with a schedule or approach that doesn’t work for you or wont represent the best results, just because its my preference.

Where and how do I start?

Well it starts with a conversation and I’ll take a look at your current fitness and history. The training plan will start once we’ve agreed a mutual schedule that we both can work with. There isn’t any onboarding or some conditioning programme you have to commit to.
